1. Product & Pricing Disclaimer :

2. Order Confirmation :

A) Your order will be confirmed only when:

  • You make a full prepaid payment, or
  • You pay a token amount (partial payment) to confirm the order.

Note : Some local sellers do not offer full Cash on Delivery (COD), so a token payment is required.

B) Please note that prices and stock information on the website may not always be updated, as some sellers may have listed old data. In such cases, our team will update you manually via WhatsApp.

3. Refund Policy :

A) Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged,
  • The product is undeliverable,
  • The product is out of stock,

The order is returned to origin (RTO) due to courier issues.

No refund will be provided if you refuse to accept the parcel without any valid reason, as local retailers do not accept returns.

Refund Timeline: Within 7 to 14 working days after approval.

4. Return Policy :

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged,
  • The product is incorrect (not as ordered),
  • The product is expired.

If the product is correct and undamaged, return will not be accepted.

Box opening video is mandatory for any return or refund request. Without proper video proof, no return or refund will be processed.

5. Delivery Time :

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and product availability.
  • On average, delivery takes between 3 to 10 working days.
  • Our team will share tracking details and updates once the order is shipped.
